State, county, and local governments are faced with numerous challenges. Municipal applications of water technology address increased demand caused by economic and population growth, more stringent regulations, dwindling traditional water supplies, and aging equipment. These governments are required by law and trusted by the public to produce safe drinking water and provide proper wastewater treatment and disposal.

SafBon Water Technology (SWT) understands the challenges and confines the municipal water agencies operate under. We take pride in being a trusted partner on challenging municipal projects for the past 30 years.

SWT works with the owner’s engineers, consulting firms and general contractors on Design-Build as well as traditional Design-Bid-Build opportunities, always working as a team to put the goals of the client first. We leverage our extensive experience, purchasing power and innovative technologies to select the most appropriate solution for each challenge. In addition, we procure and manufacture all equipment and provide start-up, commissioning and training services.

For established and aging plants our engineering and field services group works directly with the municipal agency to identify areas of the plant that need improvements, parts replaces, retrofits or expansions. As technology improves, SWT can bring great savings and increased ease of operation to our clients through replacement of outdated components.
