SWT was selected and contracted to provide the process Reverse Osmosis equipment for this Wastewater Reuse Plant treating tertiary wastewater effluent. Our scope included the cartridge prefilters, high pressure feed pumps, the complete RO train assemblies and the other pumping and flushing systems. The two stage RO system was designed with a second stage booster pump. The total plant capacity of 6.0 MGD was achieved through the supply of two, 3.0 MGD RO trains that were assembled on site.
SWT provided supervision of installation of the process equipment. We conducted testing of our system and met all performance requirements. Our field service engineers fully trained the owner’s operating personnel and supported them for a successful long term operation of the plant.
